Nice hotel. Tons of Restaurant. Stayed on Gold Floor. The staff were hands down the best staff you could ask for. Friendly, happy, outgoing and aim to please. A special thank you to the Gold team for making our staff the best - Gilbert, Allen and Myint! Highly recommend based on these three staff. Adult only pool was key to enjoying as there are a lot of kids so it's nice to be able to get away from them!

fairmont palm is very good for family or business. the staff are wonderful and professional. Thanks to CHAITANYA very good service i appreciate with my familly and also Kaoutar she’s a wonderful hostess . i recommend this hotel if you want to spend your best holidays.

breakfast experience is unacceptable by all means. rooms are plain and had no aroma neither intimacy of hospitality expected from a brand like fairmont. the pool had no staff to attend for any beverages or food requests. hopefully this gets better

Great Service

Due to the level of service we received I really wanted to like this hotel. We arrived at 5.30am and although we are Accor gold holders we did not expect to get a room straight away so we were delighted when they sorted us one out within an hour. The view was of the dual carriageway which runs and out of the Palm which was a disappointment but at least we could rest after a long trip. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean. They are starting to look slightly worn but not enough to be a problem (we much prefer a traditional style hotel than the white marble and turquoise of more modern hotels) Service in the club lounge is superb with Gilbert and Allen and the team providing excellent service. The food here is reasonably limited in choice but excellent in quality. It was a haven of quiet in a hotel that was practically full. The location is great on the West Beach with its beach side restaurants and clubs and several other luxury hotels. Nakhell mall is also close by. What let this hotel down for us was the outside spaces as they are simply not big enough to accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. Both the pool and beach areas feel really cramped. This is combined with the fact that hotel seems to be populated by an army of ‘sun bed hoggers’. When I went for a run at 7.30 they were out in force putting towels over their chosen beds like they were at a 3* All inclusive in Benidorm. Practically all the beds have gone by 9am with most laying unused most of the day. Would I stay again? Probably not it just felt a bit too much like I was on a TUI holiday and not quite the luxury that we visit Dubai for. That said it was still reasonably good value for money in comparison to a lot of Dubai hotels.
